Terms & Conditions


A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to reserve your date in the diary. This is to cover admin time and for any help or advice that you may require in the lead up to your wedding. The booking fee is then deducted from the total ‘on the day’ price.

The pricing quoted at the time of the booking will be honoured and any general price changes between the time of booking and your wedding date will not affect your agreed fee for the services booked.

Any additional expenses, such as travel, parking, toll etc will be discussed at the time of booking and then added to the final balance.
Travel expenses apply for an all round trip from area outside IP9 at £0.50p per mile. If accommodation charges are applicable, this will be discussed and arranged accordingly.

After confirmation of booking, if you would like to add further members of the bridal party, please let me know, ideally atleast 14 days prior to your wedding date, so any schedules can be amended.

If the Bridal Party number changes on the wedding day, the additional payment is non-refundable.

If an assistant is required, there is a £50 assistant charge.

Proceeding to secure your date, paying a booking fee, this accepts that you are entering a contract and agree with the terms and conditions. An invoice for the final balance of your wedding is sent via email along with a schedule and final payment is requested to be made in full no later than 4 weeks before your wedding.


If you or your Bridal Party wish to have a trial, we will arrange a date that suits you prior to your wedding.

Arranging a trial before payment of a deposit of your booking does not reserve myself for your wedding date.

Only once the booking form and deposit has been received will your wedding date be reserved.

Payment for any trials made by bank transfer are due no later than a week before your appointment.

Please note all trials are held at my house in Suffolk- IP9 area if you so wish to have a trial in the comfort of your own home then please confirm via your booking


In the unfortunate event you have to cancel your booking, please inform me as soon as possible. All cancellations will incur the following cancellation fees:

Should you cancel your wedding booking after the £50 deposit has been received, this is non-refundable.

If your booking is cancelled within 30 days of the date, you are liable to pay the full amount due to the likelihood of other work not being undertaken as a result of the booking.

In the unlikely event I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and where no other suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund of the booking fee will be returned to you. No further compensation will be offered however I will do all I can to assist any other arrangements.

If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of myself, I will endeavour to rectify such situations, however, no compensation will be offered. It is advisable for the client to take out wedding or event insurance to cover you against these situations.


If your wedding is unfortunately postponed under government restrictions and it legally cannot go ahead, please see below:

Your booking fee paid at the time of your booking can be moved to a new date subject to availability.

If I am unavailable on your new chosen date, your booking fee remains non-refundable, but I will do all I can to assist in sourcing an alternative stylist for you.

Where weddings can legally occur but with limitations and you choose to move your date to an alternative date that I am unavailable, the deposit is non-refundable. If you move to a new date that I am unavailable, then the date can be transferred at no extra cost.

If you postpone within the same year, your original prices will be honoured. Any longer then this and price increases may be applicable.
